One of Germany's largest insurers wanted to set up web analytics and implement data-driven sales processes to increase digital sales.

Systematic monitoring and evaluation of performance

In future, digital content for private customers was to be developed and evaluated on the basis of data. To this end, we initially developed evaluation criteria for all product lines as well as a performance monitoring model. Standardized KPIs and new Tableau dashboards now enable systematic performance measurement and improvement

We also supported the introduction of data-driven working methods, introduced monthly performance and planning meetings and data policy processes. We selected and set-up Tealium as the customer data platform. Our client was able to increase its sales-related traffic by 30% with constant conversion rates.
